We had heard of the Sharp UX 300 Printer - Sharp UX 300 Toner, and started searching online for information about it. This item is a Sharp UX300 Plain Paper Fax Machine which we heard was reasonably priced and works great.
This is a plain paper facsimile, so the pages won’t curl or yellow or fade over time. Those glossy grocery receipts go blank within a few months of a purchase, and it is the same with faxes that aren’t plain paper.
The cassette can handle sixty pages of paper, the fax is capable of 512 KB memory storage, about 30 pages can be stored. Ten pages can send automatically and the unit can be used as a photo copier, and will do about ninety nine pages.
This machine had a few ratings that we found on the interned and I’ve listed a couple of the good ones here.
One of the writers said the machine is versatile, reliable and a good value
As an owner for several years of the Sharp UX 300, I found it to work perfectly all of the time. I use this fax machine as my photocopy machine as well. You need to take time to read the directions carefully and maintain this machine. If you do that then you shouln’t have a single problem. It is a really good fax for the price.
This woman said she’d never had a problem with the unit.
Sharp UX-300 for the years I’ve owned it has never failed me yet. I never have a paper jam problem. I find it a breeze to operate.
In this five star review: Works like a charm especially if you follow the manual instructions
Of course you will have problems if you aren’t operating the machine properly, I struggled for awhile until I opened the manual and then followed the directions and voila no trouble at all. There’s an important section on loading paper, if you don’t load the paper correctly you will experience paper jamming issues. I suppose the manual could go into greater detail in this area but once you do what the manual says it works great, no more problems.
This fax machine definitely does what it’s supposed to.
I can not comment on the paper jams, because I haven’t received any faxes yet, but I have sent some things out. It isn’t a fast fax, but it works fine. It is pretty cheap, and if you want a no-frills fax and aren’t in a hurry to send your documents, check this one out. I own a few Sharp electronics and I’m really satisfied with them. I don’t know that I’d want this in an office where I’m constantly sending and receiving faxes, but for occasional home use, it’s fine.
Before purchasing I wanted to see how much Sharp UX 300 Toner would cost and how easy it would be to find. I am glad to say plenty of stores on and offline are in the business of selling Sharp UX 300 Toner. We will be sure to try the compatible toner cartridges to save some money.
We looked into the ribbon we were going to need as well and noted that you can find companies that guarantee to give similar results as buying Sharp UX 300 Toner Cartridge. It’s the same quality Printer Toner, but cheaper. Sharp Toner is trusted worldwide.
